INFORMATIVE REPORT ON DATA PROCESSING – LEGISLATIVE DECREE NR 196 – 30 JUNE 2003

Data can be communicated to internal and/or external collaborators in any way appointed by the company and kept for the strict time needed for the purpose for which they have been collected.
Data processing can be done both digitally on computer or on printed paper in the manner set forth by applicable law. The provision of data is necessary for the exact execution of contractual and pre-contractual obligations etc and failure to indicate them will make it impossible to bring to completion in the correct way the contractual obligations from our part.

To the people concerned will be recognized following rights pursuant article 7 of aforesaid Code as follows:

Article 7 . Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form

2. The interested party has the right to obtain indication :

a) of origin of his personal data
b) of purposes and methods of processing
c) of logic applied in case of processing effected by means of electronic instruments
d) of identity details of the proprietor, of the persons responsible and of the appointed representative pursuant article 5, comma 2;e) of the persons or categories of persons to whom data may be communicated or that can come in possession of as designated representative in the territory of the State, of person responsible or appointed

3. The interested party has the right to obtain :

a) the updating, rectification or, when in his interest, the integration of the data
b) the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or the block of data processed in violation of Law, including those conservation of which is not necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected and then processed
c)  the attestation that the operations as under a) and b)have been made known, also regarding their contents, to those parties to whom the data have been communicated or released, except in case such obligation reveals itself to be impossible or involves the use of means disproportionate to the right safeguarded

4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of data relating to him, even if the data is pertinent to the purpose for which it is being collected
b) the processing of personal data relating to him for the purpose of sending advertising material ,  direct sale,  market research  or commercial communication.
